I want to share with you something really powerful. Over at Inspiredtoaction.com, they have organized a group of bloggers who will each fast one day during a 40 day period. Each day a blog will be posted by the blogger that is fasting about an area of need in the world and the organization that is helping to fill that need.
I’m very honored and humbled to be one of these bloggers. My day is July 5th (I’m on Team 2). I’m still praying about the need (possibly water), but the organization will be World Hope. Since we’ve been focusing on World Hope in the youth group (they are saving up to buy 2 cows for Haiti) and at the Union Cross Cafe…it’s been forefront on my heart.
